A Human Boy-Reflection

THIS is an idea I got and cranked it out in about three hours. :3 I've never taken any idea I've gotten in a dream past two pictures so this will be the first one! The WHOLE thing is by me, the character and the phrase at the top. I have a habit of wording things philosophically like that in conversation so I'm well seasoned on it. I have my friends to thank for that though, they like to talk about things that spur on philosophy, which makes me talk like that, and then they only ENCOURAGE it by actually understanding what I'm saying without asking for a dumb-down.

I did it in copics, ink, shitty roseart markers, watercolor pencils, and the GIMP 2.0.

Very proud! Yeah so the boy was born INCREDIBLY different in the storyline, suffering from some rare syndrome that is normally fatal by around age 12 or 13, the boy being completely alone for his whole life except for his parents, who obviously shelter him, he's grown into a very old soul. And I.Q test ((which he considers highly inaccurate )) would later reveal that at age 11 he had the life view of someone already WELL past their prime. But why not? He was practically born an adult, taking care of the household due to his mother severe clinical depression since age 4. Further maturity is gained through his serious and introspective father, who is little more than a robot for the sake of his wife and their unfortunate predicament.
