I've been animal-centric lately.

Anyhoo, I decided to practice my toning technique and do a one panel. What would our boys do if they were met with a message hamster? <3<3<3<3

I think this came out rather appealing considering I'm a beginner and I don't have (anymore) manga tones in stock so I did this with my manga maker program. That thing confuses the fudge out of me.

Note hidden references to :iconm-buggie:'s late hamster morgan represents. X3 Can we keep it and name it buggie? =D

I've been a bit burned out with copic mediums so I HAD HAD to do something different for once. That, and if I'm EVER going to become a HALF DECENT manga artist, I'd BETTER learn how to lay tones and write semi-interesting dialogue!

So anyhoo, seven, igor and morgan find a hamster with a message backpacked to it, scurrying about igor lab. Who could it be from? Probably Ghost International Fermilab. ;)

Dwarf hamsters. I've had two. Ridiculously cute.... but can be mean little suckers. ;_;

I MISSED that LAUGH AURI! You have NO idea! XD :hug::hug::hug::hug: Well, I JUST drew this yesterday and had to sleep on whether I wanted to make another stinkin' color shot, OR do some tone work. I did tones. While I STILL have a LOT to learn, I think I'm getting there. <3333 Thanks a bunch auri! GAWD I missed you!!!

Also...do you think I should do a COLOR version of this? Like, digitally? I'm betwixt.

I know it. XDXD Thats what I love about them though. My dwarf hamster "snickers", was mean until I held him a bunch. Then before I picked him up he'd beat my hand up with his little paws, like a new yorker saying "ahh how ya doin COME HERE OLD CHUM**punch punch**", although he WOULDN'T let anyone else pick him up. X3 <3
