We get to see her a LOT in "Obsidian" however, a piece written by dealing with the events of six years before the three agents go rogue. She pops up in certain areas and is mentioned, but I won't say why shes such an important part of the storyline OR how she died. For that, YOU'LL have to do some reading. <---RIGHT there. One click.
